Proprietor Mark Hastings is a registered nurse and US Army officer veteran. Mark teamed up with longtime friend Bill Neail, a licensed commercial pilot, flight instructor and wine maker, to form Noble Hearts Cellars. Together they create stellar boutique quality wines sourced from the finest vineyards in Sonoma County with grapes donated by “noble hearted” growers.
The two men dedicate all profits to support their charitable work providing free flights serving Angel Flight West in the southwest United States and other medical relief organizations serving the poor in Baja California.
“Noble hearted” donors help with flight expenses and are thanked with exclusive access to their hand crafted limited production wines.
Donors who sponsor an hour of flight time or more receive free wine and every donor who contributes $25 or more is entered into a raffle to win a case of wine… the drawing is broadcast LIVE on Facebook with the passenger(s) assistance.
Mark and Bill’s friendship dates back more than 20 years. Both adventurers at heart, they once sailed Mark’s 50’ ketch across the Pacific Ocean from San Diego to Hawaii where Mark took a job at Queens Hospital in Honolulu while living on his yacht.
The yacht is gone but they are still living the adventure by turning wine into wings.
They warmly invite you to join them by becoming Noble Hearts Cellars family members. Join today!
JOIN THE FAMILY
Proprietor Mark Hastings (standing) and winemaker/pilot Bill Neail invite you to join the Noble Hearts Cellars Family.
We focus our attention on creating only two or three steallar varietals each year. We don’t know what we’ll be making until just before harvest..
